Mercedes Benz has announced the release of the new convertible coupe: 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK 250 CDI. With a 2.2-liter CDI diesel engine the output is 204 hp and 500 Nm of torque. Roadster Mercedes Benz SLK 250 CDI 2012 offers good performance with acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.7 seconds and fuel economy of 4.9 liters per 100 kilometers.

Mercedes-Benz SLK250 CDI comes with four-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 2143 cc generates an output of 150 kW (204 hp) and 500 newton metres of torque. The Mercedes-Benz SLK250 CDI equipped with the standard 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission (a six-speed manual transmission will follow in the second quarter of 2012), the diesel SLK sprints from zero to 100km/h in 6.7 seconds and achieves a top speed of 243 km/h. Moreover, the flexibility of the Mercedes-Benz SLK250 CDI is nothing short of phenomenal. Thanks to its enormous diesel torque it accelerates from 80 to 120 km/h in just 4.3 seconds.

It only consumes 4.9 l/100 km (combined European cycle consumption) with CO v(2) emissions of 128 g / km (if it’s set 120 g/km, then you would not have to pay the registration tax). To help to keep consumption as low as possible, the system comes with start-stop. The consumption of comparable gasoline version, the 250 BlueEffiency 204 hp, is 6.2 l/100 km.

Initially available with a gearbox 7G-TRONIC PLUS, Auto-sequential seven-speed (The data correspond exactly to this change). In the second quarter of next year will also be available with a manual gearbox with six gears.

The Mercedes Benz SLK 250 CDI 2012 will be available in the German market from September 13, 2011 with retail price starts from 41,828.50 Euros including VAT.
